Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.

• Please ensure the returned items are securely packed to avoid damage during shipping.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Non-Returnable Items

• For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, underwear, or personalized/customized products are not eligible for returns.
